(01) Clean Room Doors
We are providing clean room door which are designed to be flushed with partition. Thickness of door is 45 MM. Specifically designed aluminum door frames for all type of partition. Doors are available in standard sizes and customizable size. Door shutter Is constructed of GI Powder Coated. Doors thermally insulated with honeycomb padding and puff giving them added structural strength. In house powder coating facility with proper chemical cleaning process. Coating shade for door is as per RAL shades.

(02) Fire Rated Doors
These doors are specially designed for Pharmaceutical and Industrial sectors where temperature changes frequently and Flammable chemicals are used. We use rock wool with different properties according to required fire ratings which are binding with metal sheets with special binding chemical having same heat resistance capacity. For Higher fire ratings or high temperature areas we can use glass wool or mineral wool as in fill material.

- ROCK WOOL / GLASS WOOL as Infill material
- From 30 min to 2 hours of Fire Ratings

- With Emergency Panic Bar to easily open.
(03) Hatch Doors
Hatch doors are used for cold/freezer rooms where the entire door needs not to be opened. Accessibility through the small hatch doors maintain temperature and air flow. These doors are manufactured as per the industrial requirements. This doors are made from GI / SS sheets, Filled with Puff ( 35 to 40 KG/m3 density ) , aluminum or gi door frame and powder coated. These are available in various shapes and sizes as per requirements.
